Jeffrey M. Denson

Jeffrey M. Denson is an experienced property manager handling large apartment projects in the Portland Metropolitan Area. Jeff oversees the company’s property management. He is the Company’s Principal Broker and an investment General Partner. Jeff is also active in the local chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), was the 2012 president of Multifamily Northwest (formerly MMHA), Oregon’s largest apartment association, and is a designated Certified Property Manager (CPM). Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lewis and Clark College. Jeff has been with Dalton Management since 1997.

Bradford J. Denson
Chief Financial Officer

Brad Denson is an experienced manager with a background in facilities management. He manages the company’s property management bookkeeping, tax reporting, and investment acquisition program. Brad is an investment General Partner and provides direct support to investors, clients, and owners. Brad has a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. Brad has been with Dalton Management since 1998.
